Trips to the Sources to Our Guests Table

I love a day of sourcing goodies for the the Market table! I was so excited to go thru heavy snow to get to the Chapman Family Farms & Dairy. I was delighted to meet these young farmers who are working the farm as well as producing amazing raw milk, butter, ice cream and meats!

Melanie and Ethan are intentional in what they are offering. They care about what they are producing. From this farm I made my way to Torrington to a new Prairie Country Store & bakery bosting a Deli, Bakery and home goods this Mennonite ran store is a blessing. I sourced fresh made cinnamon bread that went perfect with the homemade butter & Blueberry Lemon Jam that our guest enjoyed along with blueberry cheese on there Charcuterie Boards.

Carrots from Painters produce became the perfect cup of Soup that our guest dined on.

Finding local food that we can celebrate has been part of me from the time I was small. Being raised on the farm was and is still today that I want to serve others.
